When and where will FullCodePress winners be announced?

The 24 hour competition commences at 11am on Tuesday and stops at 11am on Wednesday. At 11:30am judging commences.
At 3:45pm, there will be a detailed presentation by the teams and judges in the WebForward conference, upstairs from the CeBIT exhibition space.
It is going to be a fascinating presentation:
- both teams get to present their website to the WebForward audience. This gives them an opportinity to let people know the highs and lows of their process - and the final outcomes
- each judge will comment on the two sites
- IBM will award one website the Rational AppScan security award for most secure web application.
- The 2009 FullcodePress winner will be announced
